Ceo, Marco has been in the investment team of Value Italy since its incorporation. Previously head of Private Equity and M&A Division at MPS Capital Service S.p.A., where he was in charge of financial advisory activities and private equity investments on the banking book. He had others previous professional experiences in financial and banking activities and in financial supervisory activity at the Bank of Italy.

Marco led the management buyout of the Company and its transformation into an independent Fund Manager. He has been member of the board of directors of several companies, operating in manufacturing, healthcare and IT industries. Marco has a Master’s degree in Economics at the University of Florence and has been member of the Italian Registry of auditors.

Partner, board member. Vittorio is founder of Terzi&Partners, active in strategic and financial consulting. From 1985 to 2014 he worked for McKinsey, where he was Managing Director of the Mediterranean Complex from 2004. He also acted as senior leader of the European Financial Institutions Practice. Prior to join McKinsey he worked in investment banking for Citibank. From 2012 to 2014 he was President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy. Vittorio graduated in Mechanical Engineering and obtained an MBA at SDA Bocconi in Milan.

Fund manager of the Value Italy Credit Funds and board member. Previously he was manager of private equity investments and member of some board of directors of portfolio companies. From 1999 to 2002, he worked for the pharmaceutical group A. Menarini I.F.R., after an experience as auditor for Reconta Ernst & Young. Folco has a degree in Economics at the University of Florence, and obtained his Master in Corporate Finance at the SDA Bocconi in Milan.

Board member, partner at Terzi&Partners. Previously managing director at Spafid SpA, responsible for equity investment, strategic planning and business development at Mediobanca group, where he was also in charge of projects related to acquisition and management of credits. He has worked also in transaction and audit services at Arthur Andersen. Graduated Business Administration at “La Sapienza” University in Rome. 

Partner, board member. Claudio has an experience of more than ten years in venture capital and in investments in Life Sciences at Innogest. He is Chairman of the Strategic Committee at Bio4Dreams, a privately funded certified incubator dedicated to Life Sciences, and member of the Investment Committee at LIFTT, an investment company specialized in seed capital and technology transfer. Previously Claudio had an experience as head of Group Financial Planning at Prima Industrie, an Italian listed company, and as auditor and consultant at Deloitte and A&G Management Consultants. Claudio has a Master’ degree in Economics at University of Turin.

Independent director, Stefano has more than 20 years of working experience in private equity, corporate finance and securities analysis. From 2001 to 2014 he was partner at Intermonte, former Value Italy shareholder, with responsibilities over its private equity activities, where he teamed up with Value Italy’s management, from deal sourcing to exit, in many investments. From 2014 to 2016 he worked for APE SGR. Previously he worked for E&Y, Barilla and Banca Leonardo. Stefano is graduated in Economics at University L. Bocconi in Milan.

Responsible for administration and finance, Francesca has been at Value Italy since 2010. She has a degree in Economics at the University of Florence.

Executive Assistant, Francesca has been at Value Italy since 2009. She has a degree in Political Science at the University of Pisa and in 2006 received her doctorate in Modern Sociology and Historical Research.

Analyst. Costanza has a degree in Economics and Finance at the University of Pisa.

Founder and Managing Partner at Comply Consulting, active in providing services to financial intermediaries related to regulatory matters and compliance, audit, AML outsourcing activities.

Partner at Quantyx SIM S.p.A., Daniele has been active as a risk management responsible in other management companies. Daniele graduated in Economics at the University of Milan and obtained a master in Financial and Risk management.
