Value Italy SGR S.p.A. was established in 2001 and is an independent management company of private capital alternative investment funds.

The management team is composed of professionals experienced in the Italian small and mid-market private equity, both majority and minority, and professionals dedicated to the management of credit funds. Value Italy has managed private equity funds with asset under management of more than Euro 400 million.

Since 2019 the management company has started a new investment strategy with the launch Value Italy Credit funds, specialized in the acquisition of distressed debt from banks and onther intermediaries. Currently, Value Italy Credit funds have around Euro 200 million net asset value and Euro 500 million gross book value of asset under management.
